Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Wade Park Ambulance Services Solicitation Number: VA250-14-I-0249 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes VA Medical Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency based on proprietary issues and compatibility requirements.
