The Department of Defense Dependents Schools Europe (DoDDS-E) anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to provide Daily Commute School Bus Transportation Services for overseas military and DoD civilian dependent children within the Hanau and Giessen communities, Germany. Requirements for both areas of operation will be solicited under a single solicitation with the potential for more than one contract award. Proposed contract(s) will provide for a base year and 4, one-year option periods (Hanau) and a base year and 2, one-year option periods (Giessen). Base yar period of performance for any contract awarded shall be 30 Aug 04 - 30 Jun 05. This acquisition is solicited under negotiated procedures on an unrestricted basis with offers evaluated utilizing a Performance Price Trade-Off source selection process. The solicitation will be available for electronic download at www.eps.gov on or about 30 Mar 04. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted approximately 2 weeks after electronic issuance at a time and location so designated in Section V of the solicitation. Should download difficulty occur, hardcopy of the solicitation may be provided at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
