This is notice of intent to sole source the exercise of the option to extend stevedoring and related terminal services for an additional six months in the Port of Rotterdam, NL. Due to a transition of contracting offices for this contract from the current office in Germany to a stateside contracting office, the time needed to reprocure can not be achieved prior to the transfer of contract files. This extension will alleviate any risk of a break in required mission critical services. The current contractor for these services in the Port of Rotterdam is Inchcape Shipping Services, LLC, Dubai. This is not a request for proposal, only a notice of intent to sole source the exercise of the option to extend services under the current contract terms and conditions.
