Scope: This Invitation to Bid document solicits Bids for the provision of the cloud-hosted data security Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) produced by the manufacturer Varonis. The ongoing requirement for this product is required to maintain up-to-date Varonis subscriptions and support as described in this scope of work and Pricing Schedule herein. Varonis is a pioneer in data security and analytics, specializing in software for data protection, threat detection and response, and compliance. Varonis protects enterprise data by analyzing data activity, perimeter telemetry, and user behavior; prevents disaster by locking down sensitive data; and efficiently sustains a secure state with automation. The subscriptions and support will be broadly comprised of the following components: 1. Subscriptions per Pricing Schedule; 2. Support and maintenance services; and 3. Access to future releases and content updates. Further details relating to the specific requirements are provided in the Bill of Materials in Exhibit D – Pricing Schedule.
Notes: If vendors are unable to provide hard copy proposal packages with wet signatures, you may submit an electronic signed copy (using DocuSign, Adobe, or a scanned signature) through the PlanetBids portal by the Closing Date and Time. ***Please note that each uploaded file cannot exceed 150MB – regardless of which type of file (Response File or General Attachments) is being uploaded.
