The United States Secret Service is seeking information for a new effort to consolidate vehicle fleet maintenance and repair services, moving away from individual purchase card transactions. This hybrid contract, utilizing Firm Fixed Price, Firm Fixed Unit Price, and Time and Materials pricing, will cover a base year and four option years. The primary scope involves the preventive and corrective maintenance of a fleet that includes eleven Kenworth box and A-frame trucks. Due to warranty requirements, services for these vehicles must be performed by Kenworth authorized technicians using OEM diagnostic tools and software. Additionally, the contractor must conduct annual DOT safety inspections in accordance with federal standards. Performance will occur primarily at the contractor's facilities, which must be located within a 50-mile radius of the USSS facility at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement, evidence of relevant experience from the last five years, a risk assessment, and a completed pricing template by November 10, 2026. Key requirements for respondents include the ability to provide certified mechanics and personnel capable of passing background checks for escorted access to restricted federal sites. Invoices are to be submitted quarterly, and each service visit must result in a work order summary containing lifecycle management recommendations.
