Event infrastructure mandates a 40 m² main stage with a royal portrait, high tables, stools, multiple bars, 100 stanchions, 15 specialized trash bins, a red-carpet entrance lined with 62 structural lanterns, and dedicated dressing rooms for performers. Technical requirements include a high-end synchronized sound system using L-Acoustics KARA II arrays, subwoofers, touring racks, and Yamaha mixing consoles, paired with comprehensive stage, architectural, and ambient lighting across the Esplanade, Ciconia alleyways, and Forum. A multi-camera Full HD broadcast control room must deliver real-time video to 98-inch monitors in reception areas.
