EDC wishes to enter into an agreement for the purpose of providing Video Production Equipment Rentals &  Support Services. EDC intends to select one (1) proponent for all scope of services detailed in this RFP.  The Video Production Equipment Rental & Support services will enable the following outcomes:  Provide EDC with the equipment/tools needed to produce high-value, cinema-quality promotional videos to encourage Canadian businesspeople to consider exporting to grow their business abroad.  The intended structure of the resulting agreement will be an as/when required contract with a pre-qualified supplier based on 1) Rental rates for standard video production equipment 2) Overhead rate(s) applied for sourcing of non-standard video production equipment   2) Service fees for ad-hoc video production services (updating lobby displays)  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
