The Federal Integrated Product Team (FIPT) is requesting information from industry regarding advanced Video Teleconferencing (VTC) solutions that can support multi-level security classifications ranging from Unclassified to Top Secret on a single hardware and software platform. The sought-after system must enable hosting of VTC sessions and retransmission of feeds to other devices without requiring the full VTC suite, and support remote login as well as remote destruction capabilities for the Internetwork Operating System (IOS). The solution should leverage open architecture principles utilizing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf products, integrating hardware and software that are capable of handling various communication inputs such as satellite terminals, traditional telephone lines, broadband, wireless, and digital services. Users should be able to seamlessly switch between multiple VTC sessions through a user-friendly touch screen interface, eliminating the need for physical cable connections or managing multiple systems. Additionally, the platform must be ruggedized to meet strict Size, Weight, and Power (SWAP) requirements and function reliably in harsh environments, withstanding extreme temperatures ranging from -32 to +120 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as exposure to rain, dust, sand, and moisture. The system should incorporate mature advanced technologies aligned with specified focus areas and must hold necessary accreditations from both the U.S. government and the Department of Defense. Interested parties are invited to submit white papers detailing their relevant capabilities and experience, either addressing the entire request or specific portions, to demonstrate suitability for this integrated VTC solution. Responses and inquiries are to be directed via email to the designated contracting officer at the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic.
