This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada. Objective: The Government of Canada (GoC) has the goal of transforming services and programs to be more user-centric, client-focused, and digital. As part of this transformation, Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has identified communications as a learning priority, which aims to develop essential communications skills for everyday situations such as presenting plans, developing proposals, writing reports, etc. This also includes building respectful, constructive, and cooperative working relationships with others (e.g., internal and external stakeholders, partners, vendors), and maintaining them over time. The College@ESDC, as the corporate learning entity of ESDC, is tasked with increasing communications skills through training opportunities. To that end, the College@ESDC will provide commercially available Business Writing Training sessions to ESDC employees. ESDC requires approximately 60 virtual Business Writing Training sessions (40 sessions in English and 20 sessions in French) over the next year. This will be the same amount projected for the subsequent option years. Note that the number of sessions in the subsequent years will be subject to change. The solicitation is intended to result in the award of two (2) Standing Offers. Target Audience: ESDC employees who need to develop and improve their business writing skills for their work.
