THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES and small businesses only.


This is a source sought notice for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center located at 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135.


All responses to this source sought shall be based on the description of potential requirements, found below, and the attached Specification list


This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The intent of this notice is to assist the Government in conducting market research to evaluate the availability of capable firms within industry. Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on any responses received from interested parties. Any information submitted in response to this sources sought notice is strictly voluntary. This RFI is for information planning purposes only, and the Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice/RFI.


The Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking prospective offerors to provide Audio Visual Broadcast Studio and Media Center Equipment support in accordance with the attached specification list.

Period of Performance: The estimated period of performance for this requirement: items are to be delivered 30 to 60 days after award date.

Responses to this Sources Sought shall reflect corporate information and a short and concise capability summary reflecting the prospective offeror's Capabilities Statement. Responses are to detail the Technical Capabilities, Qualifications and Experience and shall not exceed two (2) pages.  A cover sheet shall be included (not counted in page limit) identifying the company name, point(s) of contact, phone number(s), fax number(s), e-mail address(es), etc. Also include on the cover sheet the contract number, title and no more than a three-line description of any contract your company is/has provided services under any DoD or federal contract, including GSA Schedules, for the services described above.


All documentation and statements received in response to this sources sought shall become the property of the U.S. government. Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional information is available.
