Title: Vomitoxin or Deoxynivalenol (DON) Content of Barley Samples - BRANDON Research & Development Centre DESCRIPTION: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s Brandon Research and Development Centre at 2701 Grand Valley Road, Brandon, MB requires a Contractor to provide DON testing services of barley samples. This bid solicitation is to establish a service contract for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the bid solicitation. The period of the contract will be for one (1) calendar year with the possibility to extend the Contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The anticipated start date is November 1, 2024. Mandatory Technical Requirements Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. SOLICITATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AAFC AT: Bids shall be submitted using the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit bids electronically.
