This initiative aims to establish a sustainable, multi-year evergreen technology refresh cycle for the Visual Information Acquisition System Family of Systems using a Hardware-as-a-Service operating lease model. Submissions are required to be sent via DoD SAFE by December 4, 2026, and must include a cover sheet with CAGE and UEI/DUNS information.
