Solicitation YPGYTCGCSDJS0020 is a small business set-aside request for the lease of one new 65-ton all-terrain mobile crane for delivery to Yuma, Arizona. The requirement strictly mandates an all-terrain crane, explicitly excluding truck or rough terrain cranes, and specifies that only new equipment will be accepted. This procurement is conducted as a Request for Quotation and utilizes an online competitive reverse auction via FedBid, where pricing bids are submitted in a descending format. Evaluation of offers is based on price and technical capability, with technical capability weighted as the more important factor. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and comply with various FAR and DFARS clauses. While the requirement is currently unfunded, the agency expresses a high expectation that funds will become available to facilitate the award. Quotes are evaluated on an all-or-nothing basis, and no multiple awards will be made.
