NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE 2 MONTH CONTRACT TO Olympus America Inc, 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034 for Scopes for the Orlando Healthcare System, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 339113 and the small business administrative size standard is 750 Employees. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2022-08 dated 10/28/2022. If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirement. Submit your response to this notice no later than 12/15/2022, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to Contract Specialist, Benjamin Amato, contact@example.gov. Any responses received will be considered for the purposes of determining sources for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government s intent to solicit, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement
