All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 9, 2023 at 2:00 pm EST. All bids submitted after May 9, 2023 at 2:00 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc3781042009 dated March 27, 2023 with a closing of May 2, 2023 at 12:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.The purpose of this Statement of Requirement is to describe the requirements and work effort required from the Contractor by the Department of National Defence for the supply of items and services to meet the requirements for the acquisition and support of the Joint Task Force North Fitness Equipment.
