INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE DELIVERY ORDER using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to Systemware, Inc., for Portable System Controller 60GB, 512MB R AM ( Qty 3), Avenger Portable RF Search System (Qty 1) Software. INTENTION: Award the above-stated requirement directly to Systemware, Inc. The supplies/services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the a uthority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All quotations received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Gove rnment. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of d etermining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
