This Department of National Defence requirement is for the supply of 150,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel, Type 11, in accordance with CGSB Standard 3.11-2022 (latest issue) The product is required at one location in the Arctic as follows: Item 1 - A firm quantity of 150,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Royal Canadian Navy Ship HMCS HMCS Frederick Rolette at Ivujivik, Quebec. Anticipated delivery date is September 23, 2025. This procurement is subject to the following CLCA(s): Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement (NILCA), James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA), and the Northeastern Quebec Agreement (NQA) for deliveries to* Ivujivik, Quebec *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in. LUBRICITY REQUIREMENT: Naval Distillate Fuel must have a wear scar diameter of less than or equal to 460 µm at 60°C. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
