Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc4048342506 dated 26 July 2023 with a closing of 06 September 2023 at 14:00 EDT. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 16 November 2023 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for landscaping services at various sites throughout Canadian Forces Base (CFB) at 17 Wing in Manitoba. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit on Wednesday, 01 November, 2023 at 9:30am CDT. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Close of Business on Monday, 30 October 2023 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.
