Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) must comprise the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to supply, deliver, maintain, clean and repair plumbing fixtures; supply, return, and sewage lines; and steam, condensate, and natural gas lines and associated equipment on an “as required” basis at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Cold Lake and the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range (CLAWR). The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) year with the option to extend for additional two (2), 12 month periods. It is anticipated that two firms will be issued standing offers.
