Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Canada is seeking offers on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) for a Hybrid Task Authorization (TA) Contract that includes both firm-scheduled requirements and “as-and-when-requested” services at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta, for the Non-Restricted Area. The resulting contract will be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional- year option periods. Mandatory Site Visit: Offerors must attend the mandatory site visit, which will be held at Building B720, JJ Parr Timberline Drive, Upstairs Conference Room, 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB, beginning at 1:30 p.m. local time on January 28, 2026. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 19, 2026, at 14:00 hours local time to confirm attendance and provide the required information about their representatives in order to gain entry to CFB 4 Wing. Please see section 5.2, Site Visit, on page 10 of the RFP for full registration and location information. Canada will declare offers non-compliant if the mandatory site visit is not attended. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
