Full Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure GeoDynamic Display Manager Software by the HQ USAINSCOM, Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: IAPC-DOC, 8825 Beulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5246. The Govt intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the firm of Analytical Graphics, Inc. AGI is deemed the sole manufacturer and distributor of GeoDynamic Display Manager Software. Further , there are no other distributors or sources available. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or serv ices will satisfy the agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be con sidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
