INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE PRW910QZ6319N014 This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 12 to procure Dell Silver-Gold-Platinum Maintenance Support Services by the HQ USAINSCOM, Direc torate of Contracting, ATTN: IAPC-DOC, 8825 Beulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5246. The Govt intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the firm of Dell Marketing L.P., One Dell Way, Round Rock, TX, 78682-0001. The P roposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: Period of Performance will be for 12 months from date of award. All responses received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contr act based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
