This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912L2-16-T-0015 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89 effective 14 July 2016. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423440, Other Commercial Equipment Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 100 employees. The Product Service Code is 7290, Miscellaneous Household and Commercial Furnishings and Appliances. Interested parties must quote on all services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Arizona National Guard requires a conveyor type dishwasher, water softener, and installation. The current system used by the AZ ARNG Western Army Aviation Facility, Marana, AZ, is inoperable and requires a new system that is ENERGY STAR compliant. The new system will be located in the Dining Facility, which is located at the same site. Standard factory warranty must be included with this procurement and disconnection of the old unit will be required. All quotes are due by 27 September 2016 at 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
