WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ¿ SACRAMENTO The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for approximately 13,902 nusf of laboratory space in the Counties of Sacramento or Yolo plus parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
