S--WARREN BRIDGE UPPER GREEN RECREATION SITE CLEANING

This contract awards firm-fixed-price services for recreational site cleaning and basic maintenance at the Upper Green River and Warren Bridge Recreation Sites, covering daily custodial functions including sanitation of vault toilets, removal of debris and ashes from fire rings, and cleaning of picnic tables and grills using EPA-compliant, environmentally friendly products. Performance is required 44 times annually during the operational season from May 15 to October 15, with the base period running from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2027, and four optional one-year extensions available through May 14, 2031, subject to government discretion. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to meet performance standards outlined in the Quality Assurance Plan and verified through monthly inspections using Form 1510-57, with payment contingent upon successful completion of all work elements.
