The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking professional services for the removal of all tires from the designated waste tire pile locations within Pennsylvania. This includes tires from any and all vehicle types, as well as tires on rims or any other type of mount.The Heberling Tire Pile site is estimated to contain approximately 80,000 waste tires. For this project, the Department wants 40,000 waste tires removed from the site. A per ton cost estimate is required for this waste tire pile cleanup.
