The Federal Detention Center Houston has a future requirement for continuation of an estimated 56,057.20 Gallons of Water and Sewage at the Federal Detention Center Houston located in Harris, Houston, Texas. The facility houses approximately 1,000 federal offenders, and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221310 Water and 221320 Sewage (Size Standard: $7.0 Million). The contractor will provide Water and Sewage Utility and any associated transportation service. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required to deliver water and sewage to the designated service point. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years duration. The anticipated contract is a ten-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments.
