AMENDMENT #0001 This amendment to the above IFB is to change the Bid Submission information and to change the Bid receipt date and time. All other terms and conditions of this IFB remain unchanged. The new information is as follows: BID SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Bids must be received at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Armed Forces Reserve Complex, 346 Marine Forces Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051 no later than 2:00pm local time on Tuesday July 31, 2012. Bids should be clearly labeled on the outside envelope or package to show the time and date specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and the name and address of the bidder. Bids will be accepted by mail, hand-carried delivery, fax, or email. Mailed or Hand-carried bids must be delivered to the attention of Teresa Cooper, Contracting officer at the address shown. The official point of receipt for hand-carried bids will be at the first floor reception area of the address listed above. Please give 24 hour of advanced notice to Contracting Officer or designee prior to hand-carrying bids in order to accommodate access to secured base. Faxed Bids must be faxed to 972-352-4545, Attn: Teresa Cooper, Contracting Officer. Bids should be clearly marked with the IFB number and include all required information.
