All proposals for this project will be submitted through Aquarion Water Authority’s(AWA) E-Bid system and will remained sealed until 2:00 PM, current local time, on Friday, Sept 18th, at which time and place submitted bids will reviewed by AWA. Bids may be submitted anytime before this deadline.
This project consists of relocating the water main in conflict with the proposed bridge/culvert along Surf Ave in Stratford, CT as depicted in the site plan. This project’s schedule is to be aligned with the Town of Stratford’s directive. The awarded contractor will need to coordinate with the Town.
 
Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarifications: 2:00 PM Friday, Sept 11th.
Bid Closing: 2:00 PM Friday, Sept 18th
