Water Management Program Agreement between Montecito Water District and Homer LLC

The Water Management Program Agreement, identified as SWP #25023, establishes a five-year non-permanent transfer of State Water Project supplies between the Montecito Water District and Homer LLC. Under this agreement, Montecito will transfer up to 3,300 acre-feet of water annually from the Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to the Kern County Water Agency on behalf of Homer LLC.
