The City is requesting qualifications to provide professional engineering services for specialized water treatment, wastewater treatment and energy efficiency consulting services for a series of Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment System improvements to be considered at various locations within the City over the next several years. It is our intent to pre-qualify a list of Firms that the City can then use when issues arise in operations. The project includes the planning, design, permitting, bidding and construction of various projects utilizing the conventional design-bid-build project delivery method; although alternate delivery methods may be selected. The total budget for each project will be identified and included in the Water Services Operational and Capital Improvement programs budget in the current (FY18/19) and subsequent fiscal years.
