Digital documents will be sent via electronic download upon payment, with the transmission date serving as the official receipt date. Bidding documents are also available for in-person review at City Hall or the Engineer’s office during regular business hours, but partial sets will not be provided, and neither the City nor the Engineer assumes responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of documents obtained from unauthorized sources.
