The project proposes to remove the existing suspended platform and gangway, and to replace it with a 3x24 ft gangway and 25x26 ft floating dock with boat slip. Four existing pilings will be retained and two (2) six-inch metal pilings would be installed into the lakebed. No holes will be augured or dug all pilings will be installed using a hammer to drive them directly in the lakebed. Construction is anticipated to take approximately two days. All construction activities will be performed in the lake with the use of our pontoon boats and barge. All loading of materials and boat launching will take place at Clearlake Ave. in Lakeport. All staging with either take place at construction yard located at 1624 Parallel Dr, Lakeport, or on the barge at the job site. No trees or vegetation would be removed for this project.
