Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) Noxious Weed Department is seeking a vendor who can provide goat browsing for a trial pilot program. This trial is looking at goat browsing effectiveness for general weed control, fire mitigation, and to control weeds in revegetation/restoration areas. Some of the wildfire mitigation browsing will occur within irrigation ditch corridors. This process will require some areas to be browsed 2 time during the growing season. All browsing will occur within BCPOS owned properties. This contract help fulfills some requirements of the Integrated Weed Management Plan. There will be a 100 day limit for this browsing program.
