City of Fillmore Well No. 10 Equipping and Pump House Construction Spec No. 25-03B Closing Date: 10/01/2026 4:00:00 PM PT Details: The project includes mobilization; furnishing and installation of the well pump, motor, on-site valves, on-site piping, and associated appurtenances; furnishing and installation of off-site valves, piping, connections, and appurtenances; installation of a sodium hypochlorite system including storage tank, chemical metering pumps, valves, piping, appurtenances, and spill containment; construction of the masonry pump house building and building pad; construction of a gantry system; installation of complete electrical systems including conduit, riser on power pole, meter housing, wiring, panels, switchgear, transformer connections, and all related appurtenances; furnishing and installation of transformers; furnishing and installation of a generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS); installation of water service connections and internal building distribution; installation of telecommunication conduit; construction of PCC pads for transformers and SCADA tower; and installation of a decorative fence around the SCADA tower, all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and complete in place.
