DVA seeks to lease an estimated 12,937 NUSF American National Standards institue (ANSI/Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)(ABOA) square feet of space and 43 parking spaces for use as a CBOC in the delineated area (shown below) within the Wenatchee, Washington area.
