A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Township of Spring municipal building, 2850 Windmill Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Attendance is recommended for all bidders. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. A non-collusion affidavit shall accompany each proposal. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternatives. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, shall be required.
