Sealed proposals will be received electronically by Township of Spring until 10:00 AM prevailing time on Friday, April 10, 2026, for the following project: West Wyomissing Park – Phase 1, contains one (1) contract: Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract
Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Township of Spring municipal building, 2850 Windmill Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Attendance is recommended for all bidders. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. A non-collusion affidavit shall accompany each proposal. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternatives. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, shall be required.
Inquiries shall be submitted using the “Questions” feature in PennBid.
This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
Township of Spring reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Township of Spring.
