Scope: These Special Provisions cover in general, the construction of drainage facilities within the Natomas Plan Area. The work to be performed consists of replacing one 36” sluice gate and one 48” sluice gate and associated work that includes, but is not limited to pavement and concrete removal, excavation, plugging, dewatering, backfill, and surface restoration. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to complete the subject project in place and make all required connections to the existing drainage system as shown on the Plans and as specified herein.
