Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver White Twill Fabric-Tabor City Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Current Sample Request- There will be samples available White Twill Fabric. Just send a pre-paid shipping label to lorraine.middleton@dac.nc.gov and the sample will be mailed to you.Background: The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant. The fabric is for processing NCCE Products/Services to meet customer requirements.The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
