WI Lottery Printing of Holly Jolly Raffle Penny Cup Card/Topper/Fact Card

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is seeking a contractor to produce various printed materials for the Holly Jolly Raffle, including Penny Cup Cards, Toppers, and Fact Cards.
