The Department of Revenue (DOR) / WI Lottery is seeking bids for the Printing of the Badger 5 Desk Calendar as outlined in the attached documents.

Single Day Calendar Size: 5-1/4” x 5-1/4”
Calendar Ink: CMYK with bleeds one side only (4/0).
Calendar Dates: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026
Paper Stock: 50# Recycled Offset.
Finishing: 2 – 10.5 cm drilled holes (See Diagram) and padded (Lightly glued on the top edge)
Package: Each Calendar must be wrapped individually then carton packed.
Artwork: Draft Artwork is attached to this bid. Base artwork is provided by Lottery; however, the awarded vendor will need to set up each day of the calendar. NOTE: Days may not be combined into one sheet. All days must have their own sheet. Holidays or additional information i.e. Thanksgiving will not be included on the calendar. Calendar must include: Badger 5 Name and logo, Month, Date, Day of the Week, Year, “TODAY’S JACKPOT”, room for jackpot amount to be written in $ ,000, and Odds of the game with Lottery Logo.
