This Exemption involves the continued use and license agreement for the use of approximately 11,000 square feet of building space situated on approximately 15 acres of land for helicopter and ancillary fire training activities.
The project to approve the agreement was reviewed pursuant CEQA and determined to be categorically exempt under Section 15301 - Existing Facilities (Class 1) and the proposed agreement is to secure property to operate within the existing structure with negligible or no expansion of existing use.
