The County of Riverside Transportation Department is proposing to construct approximately 420 feet of Willsie Drive from Borchard Road to the end of Willsie Dr. Willsie Drive is currently classified in the County of Riverside’s General Plan as a local road. Willsie Drive is an approximately 26-foot-wi de dirt road and the proposed improvements will maintain the same width. The proposed project will include grading and moisture conditioning the roadway width and paving with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Additional improvements include: • Asphalt Concrete Pavement • Pavement Delineation, pavement markings, and reflectors • Removal and installation of signs • Vegetation (trees and bushes) trimming and/or stump removal Additional right-of-way or temporary construction easements (TCE) will not be required to construct the proposed improvements.
