This is a non-personal services contract to procure and install window tint material at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility located at 8000 Metropolis Dr., Bldg. B, Austin, TX 78744 (hereinafter referred to as the "VA Facility").


The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to furnish and install commercial-grade dual-reflective window tint at the above-referenced VA facility, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards set forth in this contract.
