SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labor and material to Mobilize to site and secure work locations. We will furnish all labor and material install protection for the existing finishes. We will remove and replace the existing broken Door and frame located in stairwell 5, 3rd floor in Building 60. We will remove and dispose of all spoils generated from this scope of work • Mobilize and secure sites. • Provide all labor and material to install protection for existing finishes • Remove all existing broken grout filled frame and door from the wall • Furnish and install new door, vision kit, and frame with continuous hinges. We will reuse the existing panic device and closer • Clean up and dispose of all spoils generated from this scope of work
