Please note that this new solicition notice is replacing W912P9-15-R-0730 in it's entirety. Wood River Cutoff Wall Phase 2 The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking firm to perform work consists of constructing a cutoff wall within the Wood River Levee District and includes environmental protection, site demolition and restoration, geotechnical instrumentation, engineering fabric, stripping, care of water, earthwork, soil-bentonite slurry trench cutoff wall construction, and establishment of turf as specified in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings and contained in task orders issued against this contract. Solicitation Number: W912P9-16-R-0017 is a Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation. The Government intends to perform a Best Value Trade-Off Analysis for this project. There will be no public bid opening. This solicitation is Unrestricted. NAICS code for the work is 237990. The SBA size standard is $36.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Postal service or fax copies are required. Electronic copies are not permitted. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 31 March 2016. This solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov/.
