WR Medical Electronics HRV Acquire Heart Rate Variability Testing Lab or Equivalent

The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center is seeking a replacement for its non-functional WR Medical Electronics HRV Acquire Heart Rate Variability Testing Lab or an equivalent system to support diagnostic testing for inpatient Veterans. The requirement calls for a complete, fully assembled system including a WR Tilt Table Model S1, a CNAP Beat-to-Beat Blood Pressure Monitor System, a Q-SWEAT Sweat Measurement System Add-On, and all associated components such as the HRV Acquire device, PC with Testworks software, medical-grade isolation transformer, chest bellows, Valsalva bugle, ECG leads, finger cuffs, evoked sweat capsules, Ionto4 stimulator, and initial supplies. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, restricted to small business concerns registered in SAM and possessing a valid UEI and CAGE code.
