This project will be installing a 12 foot wide shared-use path along WT Harris Blvd from JW Clay Blvd to N Tryon St. Improvements will include the new concrete walkway, new pedestrian ramps, pedestrian traffic signals, new pedestrian lighting, and storm drainage measures.
