Full Description
The Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, requires Oil Sample Testing Services. This will be a Base Year + 4 Option Year contract.
The Willamette Valley and Rogue Basin Project (WVRBP) require a contractor to perform oil testing and analysis services for Lube oil, as described further in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All testing shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
The contractor shall perform lube oil testing and analysis services for the following content:
-Viscosity (ASTM D445 at 40 degrees Celsius)
-Water Content (ASTM D6304)
-Acid Number (ASTM D974)
-Particle Count (ISO 4406.99)
-Elemental Analysis (ASTM D6595) or equal
