The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Chicago Delineated Area: North Boundary: South side of Bryn Mawr South Boundary: North side of Grand Avenue East Boundary: Lake Michigan West Boundary: Kedzie Avenue South to I-90/I-94 to Grand Avenue Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 13,500 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 10,000 Space Type: Medical Office/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): ~75 (dependent on location) Full Term: 20 Years Maximum Firm Term: 10 Years Maximum Govt.
